6. Client Responsibilities

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or delayed communication from the client may affect the project timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, FF Techno Inc. retains ownership of its source code, programming code, frameworks, libraries, development tools, system architecture, reusable components, templates, technical methods, and other underlying technologies used to develop our software and websites.
When a client purchases or commissions a software or website from FF Techno Inc., the client receives the right to use the delivered software or website according to the agreed project terms. This does not automatically transfer ownership of the source code or underlying development materials to the client.
Source code will not be provided to the client unless FF Techno Inc. expressly agrees to provide it under a separate written agreement.
Without prior written permission from FF Techno Inc., the client may not:
- Copy or reproduce the software or website for unauthorized use.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially distribute the software or website to third parties.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Modify, duplicate, or create unauthorized copies of the underlying software.

Any source-code transfer, exclusive ownership arrangement, or transfer of intellectual property rights must be separately agreed upon in writing and may involve additional fees and conditions.

Requests outside the agreed support scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
